Chicago Consultant Awarded Scholarship
Consultant Wins Health Physics Society Award
Joliet, IL, December 15, 2016– ChemStaff Inc. is pleased to announce that consultant Ian Lake is the recipient of the 2015-2016 Health Physics Society Dade W. Moeller Scholarship. Lake, originally from Springfield, IL graduated with his Professional Master’s of Science in Health Physics from The Illinois Institute of Technology in August 2016 and is the founding president of the Health Physics Society student chapter there. He is employed full time at ChemStaff with expertise in areas including Radiochemistry, Radiological Effluents, Radiological Environmental Monitoring, Meteorology, Offsite Dose Calculation, Groundwater Monitoring, and Emergency Planning. He has been a ChemStaff team member since 2012.

This scholarship was made possible through the Dade Moeller Fund, which is independently managed by the Health Physics Society using funds bestowed by Washington-based radiation protection and environmental services firm Dade Moeller.
