Consultant Publishes Innovation Experience at Farley Station

Ultrapure Water Magazine carries ChemStaff Employee Article

Joliet, IL, January 25, 2017-ChemStaff, Inc. is pleased to announce that consultant Danial Soorty has been published in the January edition of the online publication Ultrapure Water Magazine. This publication describes the impact of a feedwater dispersant on thermal performance at Southern Nuclear's Farley Station.

Soorty, is a 2012 graduate of the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. Hired initially at ChemStaff, Inc. as a Consultant in 2012, today he is employed at ChemStaff as a project leader. His areas of expertise include PWR Operational and Shutdown Chemistry, Dispersants, Long-path and Recirculation and Layout Applications, Root Cause Assessment, Outage Support, Shut Down Cleanup Modeling Management, PRB/PHC Committee Technical Support, Procedure Revisions, and SQL. In 2014, Mr. Soorty developed a methodology to predict and evaluate thermal and instrument responses to dispersant application's in power plants. He has also been instrumental at implementing dispersant technologies in the U.S. nuclear market.
